Taneja
Ishan Taneja is the founder and director of Venetus, established in 2024.
He advises investors, advisers and companies on transactions and investment decisions, and provides equity research to institutional clients. His work at Venetus spans valuation and financial modelling, transaction support, and strategy and market entry, alongside company and thematic research.
Prior to founding Venetus, he worked in M&A at Rothschild & Co in Mumbai, covering consumer, retail and industrial companies, and in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York, covering aerospace, automotive, chemicals, metals and diversified industrials. He began his career in advisory at PwC in New Delhi, working with public and private sector clients on investment appraisal and transaction structuring.
